- 1 cup dried parsley
- 1/2 cup rubbed sage
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 2 tbsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Combine all eight ingredients and mix very well.
- Grind into a fine powder. I pulse the grinder 10 times, take the cup out and shake it up, and then pulse it 10 more times to get the consistency I want.Place in airtight glass jars (no plastic). Shake well before using.
