Maple Bourbon Glaze

  • 2/3 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp bourbon
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic


  • Combine apple juice, maple syrup, bourbon, brown sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Dijon mustard, and granulated garlic in a saucepan using a whisk over medium-high heat.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until glaze thickens and is reduced by about 1/3, about 12 minutes. Let glaze cool.
  • That’s it. Really. Now all ya have to do it brush it on your meat.
