
Chicken Rub
What started as a dry rub for Roasted, Rotisserie, Smoked, or Beer Can Chicken has quickly become our go to rub for all things chicken.

- 1 1/2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix very well (I like to use a whisk). Place in airtight glass jars (no plastic). Shake well before using.
