We make this quite often, but haven’t added it to the site, so… here’s the garlicy, buttery, shrimpy, goodness!

This has now become a favorite way to make salmon. It’s so flavorful and fairly quick and easy to make.
We absolutely LOVE a Low Country Boil around here, but sometimes you want it but don’t have 30 to 50 people dropping by. That’s where this amazing recipe comes in.
We did this with shrimp mostly because we hadn’t had shrimp in awhile. It should work with pork too and we’ll update the recipe when we’ve tried that. Also, you’ll notice a obvious lack of photos for some the instructions. Sometimes the actual cooking of the food gets in the way of the presentation. We’ll update the recipe with more photos as we do this again.
We really like this salmon dish. Like many of the recipes on this site, it’s easy, quick, and almost foolproof. Oh yeah, and it’s delicious too.
Emeril is a great chef who obviously knows what he’s doing, and this dish proves it. I’ve made this many times, and I’ve never felt the need to adjust it in any way. It’s just that good.
