We were looking for something new and interesting for dinner this week and I jumped on Bourbon Chicken. I mean, bourbon, and chicken. Sounds great, right?
Funny thing though, there’s actually no bourbon in the recipe. It’s apparently a Chinese chicken recipe developed by a chef at a restaurant on Bourbon Street.
Well, I’m not gonna let that stop me, so here goes.
We’ve all been there. It’s late, don’t wanna cook, “Let’s get Chinese takeout!”. My favorite part of this scenario is always Pork Fried Rice. Gotta have it.
Well, it turns out, it’s not really that difficult to make at home and it is so tasty!
