Ingredients: 2 lbs bottom round roast; ¼ cub beef broth; 3 tbsp all purpose flour; 1 tbsp smoked paprika; 1 tsp kosher salt; 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper; 1 tsp garlic powder; 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil; 28 oz canned fire roasted diced tomatoes; 1 tbsp Spicy Meat Mix; cooked rice
